HOB SALONS LOOK SET FOR A COLOURFUL 2011

HOB Salons' future is looking very colourful following last Monday nights glittering British Hairdressing Awards ceremony which saw Colour Director Christel Lundqvist crowned 2010 Schwarzkopf Professional British Colour Technician of the Year.

Held at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London's Park Lane, 1750 guests from the world of hairdressing, fashion and media gathered to see Christel return to the stage after her win in 2008, collecting her prestigious accolade whilst enjoying comparing from media personality Jonathan Ross and entertainment by chart topper Olly Murrs.

Securing HOB Salons as the destination for all hairdressing services, this award joins the growing list of acclaimed titles from this 20 salon group including being the Artistic Team of the Year and British Hairdresser of the Year for the last two consecutive years in addition to being the 2009 London Hairdresser of the Year.

Acknowledged by the industry as a colour guru, Christel is the Colour Director for the successful HOB Salons group, working continuously to ensure optimum colour service is delivered in all HOB branches throughout London, Hertfordshire, Middlesex, Buckinghamshire, Essex and Leeds.

Optimising the HOB brand, Christel's flawless colour has seen her catapulted into the top league of hair technicians, whilst her natural ability to translate catwalk fabulous hair colour looks into fashion-led, wearable hair has given Christel a loyal following in the industry and amongst beauty journalists, celebrities and clients alike including her regular visitors Ellie Goulding and Pixie Lott.

Christel now faces a busy year as she embraces her new title, travelling the globe, teaching in the HOB Academy, continuing her session work and continuing to look after her press and celebrity clientele.
