What do you get if you place Creative Director Akin, a model and a pair of scissors on a rotating circular stage? - well, throw in a large international crowd of hairdressers and you have an innovative and inspirational technical demonstration that resulted in one of Akin’s true signature style cuts and an audience that was beyond impressed.
“The Cut” is the unique new hairdressing platform, powered by Professional Hair Magazine, that this year made its debut at Pro Hair Live in the Manchester Convention Centre. Akin, alongside other top tier British hairdressing greats, was given an hour on the spinning stage to inspire the audience of hairdressers with his expertise and experience. And apparently, he didn’t even get dizzy. We bet the audience was left with their minds spinning, as well as their eyes!
