HOB Salons’ Double Win At The Glittering Fellowship Luncheon 

The HOB Salons team were thrilled to be awarded 'Best Salon Group' at the Fellowship for British Hairdressing’s Luncheon & Awards earlier this month. Directors Akin Konizi, Clive Collins and Paul Simbler collected the award in front of their peers at a glittering lunch at the Intercontinental Hotel in London’s Park Lane. 

This is the third time that HOB Salons have won this award, beating off stiff competition from some of the largest and most successful salon chains in the industry, and the Directors paid tribute to the hard working team: “We are delighted to win the Salon Group award, which is for everyone that works for HOB Salons. We have some amazing people within the company and we are very proud they have been recognised for the work they do,” said Akin.

The celebrations then continued when HOB’s Head of Education, Jake Unger, then scooped the award for "Snapshot Image of the Year" with a beautiful copper-coloured textured style which he had created for the Alternative Hair Show in October. Jake collected the award alongside Akin, and both trophies now take pride of place in the HOB Academy in Camden. A great way to end a wonderful 2019!
