The Colour Club is perfect for anyone who regularly visits the salon for root tint or semi-permanent glossing services and wants to keep their colour fresh all year round. Alongside your monthly service, you’ll also enjoy member-only perks and added extras. It’s designed for clients who love consistent colour with more to enjoy every month.
What’s included in The Colour Club subscription?
Every plan includes a monthly root tint or semi-permanent glossing service at a fixed price, along with a complimentary conditioning treatment and scalp massage worth £20. From there, each tier offers its own set of added extras — from discounts on products and services to full-size Wella gifts and salon gift cards. The higher the tier, the more you receive.
How do I pay for The Colour Club?
Your subscription is set up as a simple monthly payment, taken automatically by direct debit on the same date each month. The cost depends on the plan you choose, and there are no hidden fees.
Can I choose my colourist?
Yes! You can choose from four subscription tiers (Essential, Premium, Premium Plus, and Ultimate) based on Colourist level. Each one offers expertise at a price that suits your preferences.
Can I carry over unused colour appointments to the next month?
No, unused root tint and semi-permanent glossing appointments do not roll over, so we recommend getting your appointments booked in to make the most of your subscription.
Are there limited spaces per salon?
Yes — the perks of The Colour Club are so good that spaces are limited in each salon. Once they’re gone, they’re gone, so we recommend securing your spot quickly.
How do I book my Colour Club appointments?
Appointments can be booked online, via our app, or directly with your salon team. We recommend booking ahead to make sure you secure your preferred dates and colourist.
Does my subscription include blow dries or cuts?
The Colour Club is designed for root tint and semi-permanent glossing services. Other services, such as blow dries or haircuts, can be booked separately and you’ll enjoy your member-only discounts where applicable.
Can I share my membership with someone else?
No — The Colour Club is a personal membership and cannot be transferred or shared. All member-only perks are also exclusive to the individual Colour Club member.
What is the minimum sign-up period for The Colour Club?
When you join The Colour Club, you’ll commit to a minimum of 6 months. This allows you to enjoy consistent colour services while getting the best value from your subscription.
Am I able to see another colourist if my usual colourist is on holiday?
Yes, of course. If your colourist is away or unwell, we’ll ensure your appointment is covered by another member of our team. Even if they’re a higher-level colourist, you won’t be charged extra — your subscription covers it.
If I sign up for a higher tier subscription but my colourist is away, will I be refunded or credited the difference?
No. Just as we’ll accommodate you with a higher-level colourist at no extra cost if your usual colourist is unavailable, we’re unable to offer refunds or credits if your appointment is carried out by a colourist at a lower level than your subscription tier.

Membership
 The Colour Club is available in four tiers: Essential, Premium, Premium Plus, and Ultimate.
Each membership is personal to the named client and cannot be transferred or shared.
 A minimum 6-month commitment is required when joining The Colour Club.

Payments
 The Colour Club memberships are paid monthly by direct debit on the same date each month.
The monthly fee depends on the plan selected.
Payments must be up to date to access Colour Club services and perks.

Services Included
Each plan includes one root tint or semi-permanent glossing service per month.
Each plan also includes one complimentary conditioning treatment with a relaxing scalp massage worth £20 per month.
Unused colour appointments do not roll over to the following month.

Additional Perks
Discounts and product offers vary by tier and are subject to change.
Professional haircare discounts exclude Olaplex and Color Wow.
Gift cards are presented on your first visit and are valid towards future spend.
 A one-time sign-up gift is included with your membership: a gift card and complimentary products presented at your first visit. These are not repeated monthly.

Booking
Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to colourist and salon availability.
Membership spaces are limited per salon to ensure appointment availability.

Cancellations & Changes
 If you cancel and choose to re-join, you may not be entitled to the same member-only perks or offers that were available at the time of your original subscription.
Members may request to upgrade or change their plan — speak to your salon team for assistance.

Exclusions
 The Colour Club covers root tint and semi-permanent glossing services only.
Other services (e.g. highlights, balayage, blow dries, treatments or haircuts) are not included but can be booked separately, with member discounts applied where relevant.
