ABOUT THE BLOW DRY CLUB

How can I purchase a Blow Dry Club subscription?

Subscriptions can be purchased online, in-salon or over the phone and must be paid by direct debit each month.
Can I use my subscription at any HOB Salons?

Yes, your subscription can be used at any HOB Salons, with the following exclusions: Amersham, Gerrards Cross, Cockfosters, Rickmansworth & Ruislip
Can I use a gift card to purchase a subscription?

No, gift cards cannot be used to purchase a subscription.
Can someone else use my subscription?

No, the subscription is only valid for the named subscriber. Photo I.D. may be required if you are a new client or using your subscription at a different salon.
How far in advance can I book my blow dry appointments?

You can book appointments up to 4 weeks in advance. Subscription appointments can be booked via our booking app, in salon or over the phone.
Is there a limit to how many blow dries I can get with the subscription?

The subscription allows up to four blow dries per week. This limit is in place to help maintain the health and condition of your hair.
How can I upgrade my subscription?

This can be done over the phone or in-salon only. If you’d like to upgrade, this can be done at any time. However the most cost effective way for you to do this is at the end of the month before the next direct debit payment is due. 
What if I’m booked in for colour and cut too?
If you’re having a colour service alongside a blow dry, then you will only pay for your colour service in salon. However if you’re having a colour and cut and blow dry or a cut and blow dry only, you will be charged for the full price service. You are unable to take the blow dry off the price of the cut and blow dry. The blow dry subscription is valid for blow dry services only.
Can I pause my subscription if I’m unable to use it for a certain period?

At this time, subscriptions cannot be paused.  If you decide to cancel your subscription anytime after the 3 month period, you will be charged a rejoining fee of £75. Please contact the salon directly for any exceptional circumstances.
Is there any additional perks alongside unlimited blow dries?

For Essential and Essential Plus subscriptions you will receive 10% off full price retail products and GHD styling tools. For Premium and Premium Plus subscriptions you will receive 20% off full price retail products and 15% off full price GHD styling tools. For Ultimate and Ultimate Plus subscriptions you will receive 25% off full price retail products and 20% off full price GHD styling tools.
