MODEL COORDINATOR & SCOUT

Job Title: Model Coordinator & Scout
Location: 1 The Strand, London, WC2N 5EJ
Contract: Part-time or Full-time

The Role:
We are looking for a confident, organised, and enthusiastic individual to join our award-winning HOB Education and Creative Team as a Model Coordinator and Scout. Based at our vibrant Academy on The Strand, you will be at the heart of our dynamic operation — sourcing, booking, and coordinating models for a wide range of educational courses, workshops, creative sessions, and shows.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our model bookings. From maintaining our model email account and Facebook group to welcoming models upon arrival and handling bookings through our Salon IQ system, you'll be a central point of contact. You’ll work closely with the educators and our Academy Manager to ensure every course or event is fully supported with the right models. You will also be involved in handling payments, student attendance, and providing feedback during team meetings.

This role demands excellent teamwork, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. You will be expected to gain a clear understanding of the HOB Creative Team’s goals to ensure the right models are matched to the right events.

You will also actively scout new talent in and around London, assist with professional model castings for upcoming shoots, and manage invoicing and payment records, liaising with head office when needed. A proactive attitude is vital, and you'll be invited to contribute ideas for improving our processes and broadening our model network.

We’re looking for someone who understands the fast-paced nature of the fashion, hair, and beauty industries, someone that thrives on collaboration, has a can-do attitude, and is ready to become part of the HOB family. Whether responding to emails, preparing for photoshoots, or introducing models to the Academy, you'll play a key role in the success of our team.

If you’re passionate about people, and eager to be part of a creative, energetic team — we’d love to hear from you.
